Course Description
Fundamentals of Computer Graphics :
Understand basics of 3D Compuer Graphics and Animation, Understand basic concepts of materials, lights, camera and rendering.
Starting with 3D Computer Graphics Application:
Understand 3D computer graphics working environment and User Interface.
Working with Objects:
Creating & Editing of Primitive Objects, Cloning Objects, Grouping & Linking Objects,
Transforming Objects and Basic Objects Deformation using modifiers.
3D Modeling Techniques:
Exploring Modeling Types, Working with Splines and Shapes, Working with Editable Mesh
and Poly Objects, Creaing & Editing Patches, Working with NURBS and Surface,
Build Compound Objects using different techniques and working with Particle Systems.
Apply Materials and Maps:
Understand Material properties, working with Material Editor, Creating Simple and Advanced Multi-Layer Materials, Understanding and working with different Material Maps.
Using Cameras:
Working with Camera objects, Setting Camera Parameters, Matching and Tracking Cameras, Creating Multi Pass Camera Effects.
Working with Lighting:
Understand different type of light, Create and Position Light Objects, Set Light Parameters, working with Photometric Lights, Using Sunlight and Daylight Systems, Volume Lights, Advance Lighting and Radiosity.
3D Animation:
Animation of different objects, Use of Animation Modifiers, Use of Constraints and Controllers and working with Track View.
Rendering:
Understand Rendering Parameters, Use of various Rendering Elements, Create Atmosphere, Fire & Fog Effect and other Rendering Effects, Work with advanced rendering techniques like Raytracing and Mental Ray.
